He was so calm and explained everything in a way that just made sense. I felt so relaxed with her that it really started to feel like it was no big deal and it went really quickly. She even told me about an option they have to use a machine to test your eyes so that you DON'T HAVE TO BE DILATED! The technician (Lilliana) was totally cool and really understanding. I was so nervous that I forgot my insurance info and the lady at the front desk (Denise) was super sweet and patient with me. Although I was a little embarrassed about my sensitivity, I let them know up front about it and they were actually really understanding. A friend referred me to Horizon at Waverly and said that they were really nice.
